Kev-- That's what you think! Your parents will dictate you until the day you move out!!
They still try after that too, it's just harder to punish you
As for C3, yes it will immediately precede EP3, by 2 weeks, as the previous 2 movies before it
I hope to finally be able to justify wearing an Imp Officer Uniform and to finally do a Nomi Sunrider costume (current body shape prohibits even an inkling of the nerve to try either )
sideshow: SWEEEET!!! I can picture the two of you, you'll rock!!!
Zoo: I your Depa costume!!!! Very cool, and the other one is looking great!!
SITH_CHICK: All of those sound like great costumes! I too want to do a Galadriel dress sometime. She's got such pretty clothes!!!!
Good luck Wenchy, not much research on her dress & I heard they made 40 dresses. In like every picture it looks a little different. Some look white, some look biege, some look cream. The material in close ups looks like leafs, far away flowers. The whole train & front thing, what's up with that? The broach & crown have a lot of material, I don't know how to do links (yet) but I do have some info on it if you would like it let me know. I should have pictures up in 9 days, OMG, that's not much time.
Thanks for the info SITH_CHICK...btw...I had to laugh at your signature line!
When I was first married I actually did that and it SUCKED! Ow! OWWIE!! OW!!! I got dressed after the first burn...not good.
Yes I know, go ahead and say it, DUH!!!!
Hey, I was a newly wed and well, yeah.
I'll shutup now.
Wenchy, sweety, you know I love you...
but really! There are some things you really shouldn't have to be told specifically not to do.
And a Galadrial costume would be awesome!
I am a slow learner...and I was never one to take someone's word for truth. Always did have to find out the hard way.
Curiosity always gets the best of me. I'm kinda like that kid on a Christmas Story, only a little backward. I can relate to that kid. I too got stuck to a flagpole once, and man can a tongue bleed like crazy! YIKES!
But, hey I proved my point! Tongues can get frozen to flagpoles darn it, the kid who told me otherwise can go jump in a lake!
Freezing my tongue to the flagpole was stupid-thing # 45 in a VERY long list of stupid-things I've done.
Kinda like the time they dared me to go sledding in my underwear. BRRRRRRRRRRRR!
But I've learned my lesson. Next time I'm wearing boots!
I'm trying to eat lunch here!
You made me choke on my pizza!
My friends were always taking advantage of my skepticism.
Friend: If you put an dry-ice bomb in a dumpster the lid will blow off.
Me: No it won't!
Friend: Yes it will!
Me: I'll prove it to you!
Me: Ok, can someone take the banana peel off my back? Oh and I think something's in my hair. WHAT? A DIAPER! GET IT OFFFFFF!!!
Stupid thing # 549.
Don't throw a dry-ice bomb in a dumpster.
Other things I've learned from experience:
Throwing a dead bird at your brother is a BAD idea.
Mom's don't like lizards in their shower.
Tennis balls can be shot through chain link fences.
Tennis balls can be shot through neighbor's windows.
Tennis balls can be shot a few blocks away.
Tennis balls shot properly will trigger car alarms.
Tennis balls shot at a dog's rump will make it mad.
Tennis balls make cows mad too.
Horses do not like tennis balls.
Your mother will scream at you over tennis balls.
Oh and smacking the bum of a guy on a bicycle at a stop sign is not a good idea, even if it is funny. Spandex makes a GREAT smaking sound.
I fear for the world when Makay is old enough to leave the house without supervision.
Here's a SW quote to go w/ that one:
"Every Student is obliged to make 1,080 major mistakes. The sooner you make them, the sooner you will not have to make them anymore. . . Thinking there is a list is mistake #4."
Master Djinn Altis
You know what's even scarier Kirana?
Makay is just like me!
Hide the Saran-Wrap!
Lock up the peanut butter!
DON'T LET HER NEAR THE CRISCO!
And whatever you do....don't tell her to moon the Principal!
Makay is just like me!
That's what's scary!
Did you have to be told to do that? ?
I know I didn't
Dont forget to hide the petroleum jelly.
that is too much wenchy, you deff need to come out to colorado. i will spring for the tennis balls
and MJ, i understand where you are coming from. my parents do the same thing, even though im in college.
For a moment I thought I was in my Words of Wisdom thread.
Getting back on topic --
ZOO: I think it would be really if you could do a Nomi Sunrider costume since I haven't seen one done yet.
Sleeveless and flowing.... Once I get a little thinner
I know you'll do a great job on the costume if/when you get around to doing it.
Nomi would rock. I've thought of doing a Callista costume as well, or a Garielle costume, but I'd have to be blonde for that one and me and blonde don't mix.
P.S. The first time I mooned the Principal, I had to be dared. After that it became some sort of wierd greeting. That particular Principal began to regonize me by my caboose. After awhile, if I wanted to hide from her, all I had to do was keep my pants on.
For me it was mostly from my handy work.....
Car in the cafeteria.... Peterson!!!!
Picnic Tables on the roof.... Peterson!!!!
Manilow on the PA system.... Peterson!!!!!
Garter Snakes in the rival HS's pool.... Peterson!!!!!!
Green Jello on the "grass" of the district stadium.... Peterson!!!!!!!!
I was a bad, bad girl (but I had lots of help)
This is why we love you Zoo!!!!
Now, back to topic. I'm going to make a Harry Potter costume, with the wand from Whirlwood. They're really great. Better than thewandshop.com. But, I just need to know how to get the Gryffyndor patch and make the sweater. Also, pants?
