you know..older people being to loose their vison as they get older..lucas uses glasses..and i am beggining to think that he needs glasses for everything now..when i saw him speak recently.his eyes wandered about the room...that's a sign of blindness..or confusion or other.

that is really sad if he goes completely blind..

    could he make ep3 ..blind?

Lucas is close to 60. Many people's sight goes downhill as they get older.

Of course he could make EPIII blind...he's George Lucas, father of all that is good and decent, father of Star Wars, my life and motivation...IF HE CAN NOT MAKE EPIII BLIND, THEN I HAVE LOST ALL THAT I BELIEVE IN AND HAVE LIVED BY SINCE THE UMBILICAL CORD!!! That said, you have to have faith in the almighty bearded one...

Yeah, TPM isn't as bad a movie as you guys think. I think it's the worst Star Wars film, but it's still my 5th favorite movie of all time.

As far as Lucas' vision, it'd be sad if he did go blind, but come on, nobody lives forever. Not even the almighty George Lucas.

If he does go blind, he'll use the Force to guide him for Episode III. ;)

Seriously though, his eyes "wandering" around the room for the interview doesn't have to be a sign of blindness. He could have just been really really bored. I know that when I'm pretending to listen I'll fix my eyes on something and just stare there for the entire conversation...*Lol*

That'd be too sad if Lucas went blind before Episode III is finished. He'd never be able to see the final product of over thirty years of work :_| :_|

...don't worry, if George Lucas DOES go blind before he sees the finished product, Rick McCallum will be there to tell him how; "****in' awesome", it is.

Your eyes can deceive you, don't trust them...

Of course he could, he just wouldn't be able to watch the premiere with the rest of the cast.
