Hi Could not find the calcinator, but found this Forum instead!

Greetings All.

I recently discovered this Forum while doing some research related to 'The Force Awakens' and decided to check out some of the related threads.
Three weeks later, i am still coming back....being engrossed in quite a few topics, primarily character driven discussions.
I bet you can guess one of them.....


There are some really interesting and well thought out postings here, and it keeps me coming back for more.
It's nice to find a Forum that has a lively community, with interesting topics and a entire legion of insights and opinions.
I like what i see!

It has been a great three weeks, so i decided to join in 'officially' so i can perhaps contribute a bit and join in the conversations.

What is a calcinatory?

 

Sith-I-5 A calcinator is a type of apparatus that can be used to create Alchemy potions.
It's a joke from the SNL skit for "Undercover Boss" done by Adam Driver.

I'm having a good time here so far.

This is a very active Forum and i like that.
Some forums i have been on in the past have not really had a lot of interaction, and you sometimes feel like you are talking to a wall.
Not here!
It's only been a few days but i am liking what i am seeing.

I'm glad to be a Knight of Ren.

 

It's a little embarrassing but I'm online the majority of the day I agree, that's what enticed me to join. It's very active

 

Oh, i know full well about the 'addiction' of web forums.

When i was first able to get online back in 2004, i spent hours upon hours interacting with fellow fans of other interests on web forums.
It was VERY addicting mainly due to the interactive element. and the knowledge to be gained and shared.
It was getting ridiculous...i would stay up until 2am or sometimes even later 'talking' to people.
This went on for a while until times changed and past forums disappeared or simply fell apart quality-wise.

Now i spend far less time online ....but still remain active on a couple of Forums.
Love em' as you can learn so much on any given topic or interest, and if you are knowledgeable yourself about the given topic you can pass on your knowledge to others.
