I just skimmed over your deck so I'll just tell you what effects I would suggest. Colo Claw Fish (from Reflections III *same name for both light and dark*) and Do Or Do Not & Wise Advice are also pretty good.

 

Opee Sea Killer is far better than Colo Claw Fish, though.
