I was wondering how most people here are seeing Count Dooku?
I do not think he was a Sith Lord.
He never have his eyes glowing yellow.
And he is very rare angered or hateful.
I think count Dooku was under Sidious,to learn also,
how to use the dark side of the Force.
But he was not agreeing with Sidious.
And he was trying to find Jedi allies to kill Sidious and help Universe
    get rid of the tyranny.
It should be noticed, that when Republic is turned to Empire, old "separatist" systems
    are fighting for freedom.

But he was. Darth Tyranus was his Sith name/title.

Well Sith Lords ,as seen very obviously in case of Sidious have their face altered, because they were sinked in the dark side.
Count Dooku is not sinking in the dark side.
Remember what he is saying to Luke "you have anger, you have hatred, but you do not use them".
Since Dooku was not willing to get the power in the Universe and he did not have to which he was attached,
he did not have either hate, either anger.
I think Dooku is killed by Anakin, because he does not have anger or hate,to be able to use these.
So he is not strong in battle, with the dark side.
He uses mostly a Light side style,if you are watching with more attention.
Look at Sidious, when he duels Mace or Yoda, you can see clearly how he gets angered, filled with hatred,
because he can not overpower his oponents.
For someone to be a good Sith Lord,it was needed to be very arrogant and think he is best around.
Dooku does not have arrogance,he is even praised by Yoda"
    "Fought well,my old padawn,you have!"

i think being apprenticed to a Sith Lord and being given the title Darth Tyranus gives what he is away

Or got hit by lightning. Either way, Sidious is one among four Sith Lords presented in the movies. That generalization doesn't apply.

Yes, he did. He's just collected.

He's killed by Anakin because the latter was more capable.

The two aren't mutually exclusive. And he was arrogant:

"I've become more powerful than any Jedi. Even you."

Obviously he wasn't a pure Dark Sider like Darth Maul or Darth Sidious, he was a former Jedi Master, and just like Vader I believe he could be redeemable. But that doesn't mean he was not a Sith.

Well Anakin already have his eyes clearly glowing with a yellow light, after he killed younglings in the Jedi temple
and separatists on Mustafar. Dooku never has his eyes like that.

Dooku was a Sith Lord. He just hadn't spent his whole life in the dark side like Maul and Palpatine. Palpatine looks like he does because he was supposed to be older than he was pretending to be and the dark side had ravaged his features over time. But he could hide who he really was, which is why he looks normal.

Only in the vision that Yoda has when he's training on the Force planet.

He has them in the movie as well.

EDIT: I thought I'd provide some evidence.

His eyes aren't yellow. I typed in Dooku's name with both yellow and Sith eyes and came up with "Destiny".

    Huh?
He's clearly got yellow eyes in the picture I posted above. That's a screenshot from the end of the duel with Anakin in the The Clone Wars movie. And that's not his normal eye colour.

I guess I'll have to make it clearer:

Dooku was a pawn for Sidious, nothing more. Completely expendable while he waited for Skywalker to grow. He was recruited by Sidious so the Separatist movement would catch fire, and to give it a face. He was also useful in the fact that he had a HUGE amount of family money, plenty enough to fund the start of a Clone Army for the Republic. He did all the front work for Sidious, since Sidious, as Chancellor, couldn't just pop up at Komino and order an army without nobody noticing.

Dooku was 100% a Sith, and was fully immersed in the dark side. He started out with noble intentions, i.e. distancing himself from the corruption in the Jedi Order and the Senate, and I'm sure he at first saw working with Sidious as simply a means to his own ends, but in the end Sidious fully ensnared him. The dark side is a very slippery slope.

Not all the time no, but at certain points they were (see the pictures I posted earlier). Vader's eyes weren't yellow throughout his scenes in ROTS either.

The point is, the comic head looks like Christopher Lee's head. Which his is normal one.
