JCC Countdown to 2016

Got the sparkling apple juice ready for later on tonight. Tend to be a homebody on New Year's, but it's nice to ring in the New Year.

 

Since I'm up until midnight almost every single night, I'll stay up until 2AM.

 

tastes too much like acid and poison. Can't figure out how people can drink so much of it at once.

I take two sips and I'm done.

little more than 7 hours to go Chicago time. same 4 or 5 couples and their kids we always celebrate with. You can tell we're getting old because almost all the kids have ditched us for whatever else, anything else, they can find to do.

Anyone ever played "Anomia"? Great game. You can tell it's going to be a great party because we have the Anomia "Party Edition."

Ordered pizzas, TypoCelchu has been playing Battlefront all day, and we are planning to start a Harry Potter marathon soon.

 

Was going to do pizza, but mom wanted chicken alfredo instead.

 

nine hours to go. i think i'm going to need a nap if i want to make it to midnight.

 

Had KFC for New Year's dinner.

 

Looks like I'm going to pass into 2016 with a 17 year old female sitting on my lap.



She's my cat and she's suffering from cystitis.

 

Little over 4 hours to go here in La La Land; spending the time before I go bowling watching History of The World Part I, with some drinks (Vanilla Coke + Southern Comfort... so sweet & smooth!).

happy new year. five hours ago. im drunk.

 

i only have one resolution. and that is to take my dog, at least once a week, to a plave where we can go for a long slow walk without a leash. sometimes with a picnic basket. cus my dogs the best and we should spwnd even more time together.
