Oh, great piece in "The Good Is All But Gone..." It gives me chills: Obi Wan, desperately trying to talk Anakin out of his Dark Side choice, Anakin's grimly ferocious face... **shudders** This was one of those scenes that really stuck with me from the film--great quote to go with it! I like the images you used for "Anakin Skywalker," though I think if you'd "ghosted" the Vader image in, it might have given it a slightly smoother feel...IMHO, anyway... I like the composition of it, though! Nice work!

Wonderful pics Courtney, I loved both of them but maybe the Anakin Skywalker/Vader one (pic 2) a little, not much, but a little bit more.

Oh I just love Legolas , and the Lois Lane one is great, did you think about real life when you mad them or was it just a coincident that you made Orlando and Kate?

 

Your "Lois Lane" almost looks like a trading card Courtney! I could see it as part of a series for the new movie! Very nice!

I like these latest pieces, Courtney_Solo! The Pirates are great--and I especially like the one of Will and Elizabeth. The composition of the Superman & Lois piece is great, too. The size of these most recent posts seems small...is there any way to save them a little larger? I'd love to look at some of them in more detail! Nice work!

First--check on the PB site and look for the size limit they put on posted images (I think it's there on the "Upload" page)--I can't recall right off what their maximum size limit is, but if it's not written right on the "Upload" page, it will be in their FAQs. Next--check the "File" (on the title bar of the program, across the top) menu of your graphics program; look for a "Save Special" or the "Save As" selection, and see if there's an option to "Save for the Web" or something similar. Choosing and using that option will give you several options for the size of your saved file--even customizing the size (at least for the MS photo editing programs there's a custom setting...). This way you can tailor the size of your files to fit the maximum allowed by the hosting site, and thus avoid having them "shrink" your images. I usually limit my file sizes to around 80 to 160 KB, and haven't had any problems with my hosting sites shrinking things (ImageShack & Photobucket). I realize wallpapers probably need a little more resolution than do drawings, but there should be a way for you to save the files in a manageable size so you can avoid having them "tiny-i-fied!" Kind of wordy there, but maybe it'll help.

In the meantime, keep on doing your art and posting it! I can always save to my own computer and look at them with my own viewing programs!

Very nice photos. Ya know, I'd like to see you post a drawing, especially of Krista. As for the shrinking, try DevArt. They have a full-view option that greatly magnifies photos. I like these pics. BTW, do you have any news about COTF-x, Briman, or Brant? I don't think I saw him anytime recently.
