Anyone watch the Lilo and Stitch Cartoon

Experiment 649.....So thus 649 was created, At first it looked WAY too much like Stitch but after changing some details I got it looking rather unique as far as I know.

649 is an Semi-aquatic experiment, able to move easily on land and able to move well underwater. Being strong, but not as strong as Stitch, it is design to conquer semi-aquatic worlds, like Earth for example.
However 649 isn't too interested in its original design; its way too busy terrorizing public swimming pools and bathtubs to seek ultimate destruction.

Oh, and about its number, its sorta an "inside joke" where I happen to live, hopefully no one else has made a fan experiment with that number, if so this was unintentional.

PS: YES it has a shell and a beaver tail, wanna fight about it? >:C

652______well, since election news is all the rage at this time,

    in 1892,

652 delegates where a winning number as follows from wikipedia,

Adlai E. Stevenson (whose grandson, Adlai II, would twice be the party's Presidential nominee in the 1950s) was chosen as the party's Vice Presidential nominee by 652 delegates, defeating Isaac P. Gray (who received 343 delegate votes), John L. Mitchell (45) and Henry Watterson (26).

so, Adlai E. Steveson got 652 delegates to be come VP nominee....

    671

    area code for GUAM,

Prior to 1997, callers from the rest of the United States had to dial 011-671- and then the seven-digit telephone number to reach Guam (essentially an international call). As international calling rates began to fall in the more competitive destination countries during the 1990s, it became a considerable financial burden for people on the U.S. Mainland to call family members or friends in the U.S. territory of Guam, especially for those who were stationed in U.S. military bases there.

really a fun article to read, especially since there is no cell service to there I think?
