Spok, WA Crappy Valentines Day...

Ok, so at work, there's this one ad rep... *sigh* she's got this "thing" for me, even though I clearly don't recipricate her feelings, nor do I ever intend to... and she keeps saying "Happy Valentines Day" ...every time I see her! *sigh* so far she's added "Sweetie" on the end at least once... she doesnt' seem to get it.... soooo.... anyone else having a crappy valentines day?

 

Wish I could commiserate but so far I am loving my Valentines day, which is weird for me.
So shrug it off; she'll get the hint eventually.

 

find a dead weed and give it to her. wait...that might encourage her.

 

My day just started, soooo not sure yet.
But my weekend was spent with a girl I really like, BUT she had a boyfriend, and to top the frustration off ,listen here this bites, she came back to my place Saturday night and was too tired to go home so we slept on my bed fully clothed... while what was very nice .... it can drive you nuts to be that close to someone you can't have.

Alas my love life.

 

the one above was 7. this is 9. i know this is all so very fascinating for you all. anyway, i never answered the question: valentines day for me today has been like the 21 preceding ones (except one) although with considerably less candy.

 

Good Point Amy... no candy for me today... so far.

My day is okay. It'll get a little better, but not as great as I would like. Oh well.

Well, I've never had a decent Valentine's Day, so I mostly boycott the holiday. Actually, I take myself out on dates on Valentine's Day. I took myself to DareDevil (the date movie) all by myself. It was kind of sickening to see all the happy little couples, but I got to see a movie that was OK. I'll celebrate the holiday when I have a reason/person to celebrate with

 

No worries Kel. I hate to sound cliche', but you're still young. I have a feeling that you'll have some really good V-Days in the future.

If I'm wrong, sue me.

 

I think you all need to get some Krispy Kreme donuts and enjoy. Nothing like sugar to cheer people up

My problem is I have way to much sugar sitting around as Valentine day gifts in the form of Hershey's kisses and a diet I am trying to stick too

from the Classified girls (who i sit right next to) all day. Good for them, but it's a little annoying when that's all they talk about, ever... and the amount of flowers that kept pooring into the room, ugh... sometimes I'm glad i'm not "involved", it makes life a lot cheaper at least, lonly but cheap

yes, we are pathetic. but maybe if we all stopped wasting our time on STAR WARS, galaxies, and halo 2 we might actually get dates...

...nah, not worth it. i think we should just kick nat out for not being single.

But... but... I still sat home alone on Valentine's day and spent it on my computer I guess I would be forced to leave if you turned it into a singles club But you wouldn't really do that to me, would you?

Let's not make it a singles club just yet.
I use to boycott this holiday as well until I met a young lady who change my perspective a little bit
Of course it doesn't help that we're just friends on a day like Valentine's Day
But, rest assured, that boycotting Valentine's day will not last forever.
Until that day, Krispy Kremes sound like a very good idea
