Oregon Crash Course on SWP. Prep.

1. Prepare yourself mentally and physically.

A. Start planning the details; what you will need, your outfit, who is coming, and when you are meeting.

-make a Line check list(as seen on earlier thread.)
- go to:
http://www.padawansguide.com/basic.shtml
for costume information.
- call your friends and make sure your all filled in on what's happening.


B. When the occurring date draws near, refresh yourself.

- Watch SW related shows/movies. (or if you are not watching the actual movies in line then you may watch them 3 days before.)

- listen to SW Radio Drama

- the day before you stand in line, go to bed listening to SW music and take naps during the day.



C. Leave a 3 hour window for "getting ready"

- If doing a SW related hairdo that involves "construction" (Example: Padme's hair, Leia's hair) leave a 4 hour window and make sure you accomplish THAT first.

- Gather your costume pieces.

- Dress yourself and meditate on the events unfolding.

- Look over your checklist and see if you have everything.




D. LEAVE AND HAVE A GOOD TIME!!!!
