It's not often you can tweet an innings: "04W24W0W04100000W40000110W020000401000W000000000101000011W0011200010040040000W1W30000000000000400000000000001004W"

Just wondering what people's thoughts are on the upcoming Ashes series in light of the current form of England in the series with the West Indies.

That was quite an extraordinary match at Headingley. Bad luck? Complacency? Are WI really that much improved?

(ps. Didn't feel this merited its own new thread. Maybe this one could get retitled to a generic Cricket thread.)

And the 2019 Cricket World Cup has begun! Will England finally win? (Probably not) Will Australia win once again? (Probably) Will a South Asian team crash the party? (Hopefully)

Also can we get an update on the title year?

Hope the weather holds for you. It's been mostly cloudy but dry in the London area today.

The match is in a month’s time, June 30. Will the weather hold that long?

Hopefully it will be a dry day. Right now the long-range forecast has afternoon showers for Wed 5th and showers all day Fri 7th in the London area.

Imagine getting owned so hard the BBC have to start writing about how the Windies were using time magic to channel their past selves to explain your defeat.

It's so England. Handed a world cup on a plate...might not exit the group.
