Muchas gracias. Thank you all for any help in learning Spanish.

I missed taking up a course in Spanish, so my only tools to keep up with what I have learnt is
    a Spanish Phrasebook,
an Excel spreadsheet where I put all the words and phrases I have learned,
    my self-written Javascript test: here

I tend to forget most of what I've learned in my 'off' periods, so I use my online test to help me retain something.
I needed a bit of prompting to start the test prompted by DARTH_SHADOW:

This is a window - Esta es una ventana
This is a pen - Esta es una pluma
This is a Jedi - Esta es una Jedi
This is a Sith - Esta es una Sith

Not had much chance to to do Star Wars stuff in Spanish, so indepth discussions in Spanish is a bit far off at the moment.
I will have a search for the Organizacion Sith topic - thanks for the invite!

This saber is from a great sith.

I don't know what 'from' is, so worked out: Esta saber es para un grande Sith.
(there seems to be dozens of translations for 'para')

Now, using my available tools to find what 'from' is.

Esta saber es de un grande Sith

Can you mark both attempts, por favor?

    Sure!

In Spanish, the "Articles" have gender:

    UN: Male (singular)
    UNOS: Male (plural)

    UNA: Female (singular)
    UNAS: Female (plural)

note: For your knowledge, the name "Spanish" for our language is wrong. The rigth name is "Castellano" (Castilian). cause it is a tongue born in Castilla (center and north of Spain)

I have a problem with a english word...What does mean "argentite"? or maybe is a error?

...sorry - never heard of it? I googled it and it appears to be a mineral of some sorts, however, unless you are a geologist or something I suspect it is a wrong spelling....?

Argentite, a silver sulfide mineral, is an important constituent of silver ore deposits. It contains 87% silver, and forms blackish-gray coatings or masses with a metallic luster and a shining black STREAK. Characteristic is the ease with which it is cut. Argentite is stable only above 179 deg C; thus, although few crystals found appear outwardly to be isometric, they are actually composed of acanthite, a chemically identical paramorph belonging to the monoclinic system. Argentite's hardness is 2 - 2.5 and specific gravity is 7.2-7.4.

I Know that "Argentum" means "Silver" in Latin.
"Argentite" must to be something similar to Silver.

Where have you seen 'Argentite' written?

Sometimes, knowing the context of a word - the sentence it was used in, can help us to explain it.

Hey, Edge[b/], how are you doing?

Interestingly, got my first ever Castellano-language junk email (http://www.parasempre.net/); must be directly related to posting on here!

DARTH_CALLOUX, a question...when you write "AJAJAJAJAJAJA", is that laughing?

    Hasta luego, Jedi y Sith.

Yes my friend Sith, JAJAJAJA[face_laugh] .

I read the word in a song
"We had it all so sweet
    Made for me, you, indeed...
    Big secret, small the lie
Don't cry for me, oh, argentite"

That said in the song, the name of the song is "Don't say a word" of the band "Sonata Arctica" is a great song
