San Fran, CA "Curt Kenobi"?

Rumor has it that Ewan McGregor may play late Nirvana frontman Curt Cobain in a planned biopic:

I've always thought Ewan would be great playing Cobain, seeing his earky work before he was cast as Obi-Wan. Following in the steps of other actors who seemed born to play a certain real-life musician, like Gary Busey, Gary Oldman, Val Kilmer, and Jamie Foxx, Ewan not only e looks the part, but I think he has the acting chops too!
