    you can always just get a paper towel roll...roll it up w/tin foil then glue some legos (gotta have an 'on/off' switch no?) on to it and BAM! you got yourself a light saber.

    what ment on this "poll" is, taking pieces of metal, cut them glue them, make a sound or something like that. like a fx from master replicas. and takes at least 5 months to make not 5 seconds

    Just gonna remove my reply. It serves no purpose and only inflames matters. Not gonna feed this fire.
    Suffice it to say the third line to my sig is there for a reason.

    ( dont know the model tho ) and like do something with it and there u go a lightsaber i wasnt paying attention to him cause i thought he was kidding around but i found out he wasnt and i regret for not listening to him.

    settle down guys.I didnt see what you posted Arthor,but keep it civil.

    This could be a good thread to have.some people like to build their own props.

    If you wanna see a parts list of what you may need or use for a lightsaber,there is a site called,yellowbox.com or something like that.They give you a full list of peices used to created your own saber.I'll try and find the link for ya (or maybe someone else already has it)

    I've been going to yellowbox.com. I saw a really nice saber design and I'm gonna try and make it. I think it was style 8. The cool thing about those designs is that you can change parts to make your saber look more original like the grip pattern and stuff like that. I was looking for those Covertech clips and the lowest price I could find one for was around $10 per and the minimum order number was like, 5 or something like that.

    BTW, the site is out for the next 3 hours because of the host sites bandwidth limit or something like that.

    <image=http://www.bostonrebels.net/images/imax.gif>

    the ones at yellowbox are nicer, but you have to build them from scratch.

    AH HA! The correct address most definately helps. Thank you :)

    Ok after checking that site out...I'm more inclined to purchase a pre-made one than to even attempt making my own. I'd probly end up lopping a thumb off or something LOL. Very cool stuff though.
