    Anyone have an updated opinion on how to handle a lightsaber hilt (not an FX saber, no blade) and a flight? I have one for my costume, but I don't want it to disappear or miss my flight to Orlando.

    I figure trying to bring it carry on and explaining to the TSA is better than it disappearing on a checked in bag.

    For the previous 4 Celebrations, I've always packed my saber in check-in luggage, with a photo of what it is, in case TSA doesn't know what it is.
