It's not a rescue so much as making sure she gets the prisoner, not the scavengers. Maybe he was shot down attacking the Falcon, since it's on the planet as well?

Eh, the actual stuff in the podcast is pretty much stuff we already know. The Ridely in a star fighter may be confused with Ridley in that pod junker. That also has a cockpit. I'm skeptical about the person having a contact. That podcast seems to be just starting out and probably trying to build an audience.

it's not a new podcast, that info comes from Epsisode XXXXXIV.

That is a great "I am going to make you cry like a baby" face.

 

That's the one of the great things about Daisy and one of the main reasons I'm glad they chose her for the lead. If you've seen her work on Silent Witness, she can play extremely vulnerable and fragile quite well, but as she showed in Casualty, she can also play tough and sarcastic. The girl has a **** ton of range. I think it's safe to say she's going to kick quite a large amount of arse in Episode VII.

 

That was part of my speculated plot a way back before the 'Kira living in the AT-AT' spoilers. I said that the X-Wing from the FFC video could be hers, she shoots down Boyega's ship (it was not a TIE then) and then lands, hires a speeder and drives to the wreckage. It now appears that she has been living there some time and apparently her ship is just a tug.

EDIT: After reading that other rumour what if Boyega is a Jedi and his getting shot down is the end of an undercover mission?

 

Can you explain how?

I dig, me likey, has a good sci-fi name history but not anything particularly "huge" (unless you know your DS9)

 

Well, I done a searcher on 'Fawn' and only found ... some annoying fairy from Disney ... which if you think about it is the best choice because her character won't get confused with any other Sci-Fi character. I mean Daisy could make Fawn the household name of this generartion, twenty years from now we could have a whole generation filled with girls name Fawn

 

Even out of context of knowing the story or the character's personality, the name "Fawn" is ridiculous.

It sounds like a porn name.

 

But Fawn doesn`t sound Star-Warsy at all!
