Hmm, -27 Windchill here, for once Toronto is on par with us. It's darn cold though... my ears almost froze in the time it took to walk the length of the parking lot at Carleton.

I can be outside for as little as 15 minutes on a school day. 10 Minutes outside walking to and waiting for bus and 5 minutes walking from bus to home.

That's probably not a good thing...but I stay warm...don't worry it won't be long till the outside is no more.

    > car had frost..on the inside

I get this problem from time to time. I believe the cause of it in my case is that my boots track snow and water into the car, which then partially melts while I'm driving the car. When I park it it cools off again, and some of the water vapor in the car freezes onto the windshield. I had a case this the other day.

I brought the driver's side floor mat in, left it in my tub to melt/dry, then dryed it off some more with paper towels. Presto, no more frost on the inside.
