    Nah, part of the fun of knowing about those sorts of things is explaining them to your friends and getting a kick out of their reaction and the ensuing "how the hell do you know about THAT!?". Honestly, nothing beats being the only guy in the room who can explain what an Abraham Lincoln, a rusty trombone or a Dutch rudder is to people without telling them to go to Urban Dictionary.
