Danny Elfman vs. Director Sam Raimi - no joy in Spideyville

    They should hire Powell for the job, he did an outstanding score for X-MEN 3, which made X1 and X2 appear generic.

    I've got to disagree with you there. Young was a good choice but I'm loosing respect for Raimi for his reasons for breaking up with Elfman. Heck maybe we'll have the Hellraiser theme here:p

    A fan asked Raimi at Comic-Con what happened to Danny Elfman and he said that he would still like to work with Elfman and Young but that he hasn't talked to Danny yet.

    I've seen people online saying Young's score for The Grudge was a mess, but I absolutely loved it. There is a recurring piano motif that is simple but so effective.

    I have faith in him for Spidey 3.
