Has anyone spotted the new, dark chcholate M&M's that are being promoted for Revenge of the Sith? I have only spotted crispy ones in Priceline at Melbourne Central, but will assume that they'll start hitting the shelves more and more over the next couple of weeks.

I'm not sure if we get the same variety of collectable packages that were released in the US... does anyone know if they came out here, I think there were 78 in all.

Just like me buying many boxes of Star Wars musli bars just for the little stickers inside! I have 7! Three to go! Oh how do I enjoy life. Oh yea, and my red lightsaber spoon. Now I can fight Sith while I eat Sultana Bran.

    I've got 7. :)
    2 red
    3 blue
    2 green

Only buy Rice Bubbles or Coco Pops.
Feel around about 1-2 inches fron the bottom of the box for a "solid" lump.
    Viola.. a spoon.

Havent bombed once yet. Sick of cereal though, have started giving it away.

Here's the easiest way to cheat the system you dont even need to buy any Rice Bubbles or such... Get the Kellogs number and ring them up, then proceed to complain that you bought 3 packets and you did not get a spoon. They'll send you one after that.

Thats been Chris's tip of the day, stay tuned...

Is there any way to tell what colour they are without opening them?

I'm actually kinda frightened to actually use one to eat cereal. How are they powered? What if they exploded in your mouth, fragging your tounge and teeth across the table?

Well, if you are a memrobillia collector, kinda like me, then I suppose they'd never touch your lips, let alone delicious cereal goods.

One of my friends found that the boxes with the spoons are about 30g heavier on the scales in the fruit and veg section.

No, no... I didn't mean divining the colour from within the box, I meant without opening the plastic bag that the spoons come in. I ask because I want to get all three colours, but I don't want to open them.

There are people on eBay selling them unopened who seem to know what colour they are (they go for around $20.. why don't those bright sparks just buy three boxes of cereal?)

I have a couple bags of lightside ones and two tubes with Lightsabers on them. There are 'guess' packets as well, you don't know if they are Dark or Light until you open them.....Lava Mix or Wookie Mix....

Now I'm confused. I thought there was only three colours. What colours are there? I only have 1 red one. I play with it in bed when the lights are out... Uhm, yea...

    Yep there's only three colours.

I worked out today that the spoons are actually only about 15 grams heavier... Most of the packets were about 915g, so i'm guessing the spoons are anywhere between 10-15g heavier.

I also heard you can shake the packets, although haven't tried that
