ST Dark plagious theory flawed

Just a simple evaluation of why dark plagious theory is flawed being the creator of anakin. The force as we all know has a dark side and a good side and it's so strong it has to he reset at times to bring Balance. Basically it's the Ying and yang theory. We all know lucas used many religions and beliefs to incorporate into the movie. But to put simply why would dark plagious create the one, anakin to one to be the chosen one if anakin was to bring Balance, unless there was already another family line that already had the one created that was never revealed in star wars universe. This could explain reys origins, she came from another family line undisclosed to far, but for dark plagious to create anakin does not make sense if he or his family line was to be a chosen one.
