I don't know who they were. I wasn't on the need to know list.

Well, I was going to go this weekend (to see Josh Lucas) but if it was that bad I'll wait for the DVD. Thanks for the info.

All I need to know is, do they blow up the robot plane and does anyone (female) get naked? If the answer is Yes and No then I don't need to see Stealth.

Jessica Biel is the female lead. It's a PG-13 movie so I doubt there will be any nudity.

Mr. DH and I went to see Wedding Crashers over the weekend and he could not stop laughing. It was very funny. I could have done without the romance part of the movie because it was fine without it but Owen Wilson is such a likeable person you sort of don't mind terribly. Vince Vaughn is HILARIOUS! I think he's funny in every movie I've ever seen him in, especially Old School. Go see it if you have the chance (and haven't seen it yet).

Nobody saw Stealth and that is why it was number four at only 13million. It isn't going to be our year.

I would have gone but my very good friend told me it wasn't worth paying for the ticket, that I should wait for the DVD.

    Could be worse.

Your studio could have been the one who released The Island.

    Cost 122 Million to make

Opening weekend it made 12 million, and now just hit 20 million.

I actually really like THE ISLAND. seen it again yesterday with a couple of friends and though there are still things bothering me I think its a good movie with great actors ;)

given that its one (if not THE best) Michael Bay movie I am quite saddened to hear that its not doing well at the boxoffice. :(
he should have shown more skin (both with ewan and scarlett)

I saw March of the Penguins over the weekend. That was a good movie. Cute, and I felt like I was watching PBS for an hour and a half, but it was very interesting.

We also rented Hotel Rwanda which was very good. Very tragic and sad. It's amazing that something like that could happen in this "modern" age (11 years ago). I know it's old news, but if you haven't seen it, you should rent it. One of the bonus features on the DVD is a short documentary with the real guy. Very interesting, yet very sad.

CBM and I saw Dukes of Hazzard on friday.. AKA soft porn of a former christian singer.

    Review: Boss Hogg- Good
    Johnny Knoxville- Very good
Sean williams scott- also very good
    Willie Nelson- Awesome

Now what you have all been waiting for
Jessica Simpson- Big Boobs, Minimal Dialog= No complaints
Not worth the ten dollars admission, but a pretty good diversion for an evening

I'm listening to the soundtrack of Spamalot and it's very funny. I wish I could go to New York to see it now. If you like Monty Python, it's right up your alley.

Over the weekend, I saw the movie Red Eye with my roommate. I think it was a great thriller movie. The crowd really loved it too. Everyone was cheering and clapping for the main girl as she fought back against the people trying to hurt her. I would recommend seeing it at the theater.

Oh, it is DH's favorite. She can go on and on about it. I wanted to buy the DVD, but I was told that they would rerelease the DVD later this year with some added stuff so I will wait. It has become a custom now I guess to issue more than one version of a DVD so that you will have to buy it more than once. I'm not doing that. I only did that for LOTRs and that's a special case. Sin City doesn't come close to that.

I bought it. I can live without the special features. It'll probably be a few bucks more anyway.
I'm thinking of getting netflix so I can quit buying movies. There are so many places that advertise it (at so many different prices too)...anyone know where you can sign up for $10 or $12 or whatnot a month? Seems like it goes for $18 or $20 some places, and that's not worth it.

I find Blockbuster to be a better deal for me. $14.99 per month plus I get two free instore rentals per month. They also send me coupons for free previously viewed dvds all the time too.

    ok, will be breif:

Fever Pitch- Awesome, loved it, totally my movie. (went to Boston University so it was specail to me)
Kicking and Screaming- For airplane movie, it was fine.
Kingdom of Heaven- Ditto, plus I just left Jerusalem. It was pretty cool, long movie.
Alexander- Ummm.... kind of sucked. Too long, 3+ hours.
Constatine- in all fairness, I had jet lag major, and could not stay awake, but it was fair I guess.

In closing, rent Fever Pitch when you can.

    1. Its all about Boston
    2. It really mimicked my relationship with the Mrs. But, a certain movie, rather than the Red Sox. Ironically, I do love the Sox.
    3. You are a dweeb, thank you. 8-}

Hey DH, i have Spamalot too. I love "The Song that Goes Like This." They just made a deal with a casino to bring it to Vegas (like Phantom at the Venetian) but it'll be an abbreviated version.

If youliked that, try The 25th Annual Putnam County Spelling Bee...it's good. The lead guy won best comedic tony award for a guy in a musical.
