DARTH VADER IS THE FORCE?

if true that the sith created vader and was born without a father vader is the force. he was destined to become the greatest force user because he was the force. If true, then wouldn't he be able to accomplish anything by way of the force even after being put into the suit? shouldn't he be able to gain the ability to bring padme back from death? couldn't he regenerate himself back to normal again? has anything in the eu touched on these topics?
