Darth Vader's donning/doffing mask sounds

I'm looking for sound effects similar to in Episode III when Darth Vader's mask is first being put on, as seen in this clip:


But, I would like the sound effect to be without the background music. Does anybody know a good alternative or perhaps the sound effect being available somewhere I have perhaps missed?

The same sound plays in ESB when his mask is put back on while he is on the SSD.
Maybe rip it from there?
