OK, this might just well become my one of my favorite threads.

I have read everything from the link, and I am not yet awake.

For some reason, I have woke up 1-hour early today, and
feel like going right back to bed, except that CH posted this,
and now I must type, type, type_______[face_laugh]

Can not wait to get to work (ok, yes I can)

to get a print out of this and to
try to spur this thread onward.

Hopefully, there will be additional contributions to this
concept in the form of both, this is a Darth Vader
management secret (technique) and also in the form of,
this is a technique Darth Vader would consider/use/approve of.

An entire Business College and curriculum could be developed
    around this idea.

    Dissappear, old concepts will,
    like the "Peter Principle"
    and
be will all be replaced by the

    VADER Principle.

more when I wake up, tho work may interfere with later
posting, however, now that I have the Vader Principle
to live by, who knows what I may accomplish,
if only I have the will to carry it through:D

    Post inspired by thread title,

    Remember,
when you need to put employee's "back on Schedule"

You can find new ways to motivate them
and get them to double their efforts,

by letting it be known that your superior is not as forgiving as you are:D

It appears that others have already stumbled upon this idea.
