Shadoloo couldn't help from rolling his eyes at this Sith. "Are you stupid or are you amnesic? I did not make any aggresive movements towards you or anyone else until you attacked me, and did not even so much as bare a weapon until you master threatened me and told me to destroy that which had kept me alive this long. And I have already explained this about the Jedi Code. Don't you ever listen, little man?"

 

"You came to a Force-well world with ysalimari, made a fool of me, then attacked us when we demanded that you separate from the one thing that can block the Force! As we just demonstrated, your ysalimari were no real threat to massed Sith, but you clung to them! However you see it, I was willing to hear you out until you launched your assault."

 

Shadoloo wondered where Daeshara and the ship had gone while listening to the Sith.

"I'm tired of this game, little one. Do with me what you will, but spare me from this ceaseless whining."

 

Yag'Dhul

Seeing the NR gain more ships via reinforcements, Rommel knew that it was time to use his best plan yet to date. Operation Back Door. Turing to the com station, he yelled this message to each ship.

"Alright men, now initiate operation back door, each ship has its specific orders! Move now now now!"

With that, each ship began its part of operation back door. Then The whole fleet of over 2900 ships turned around, and jumped to hyperspace, all headed twards Coruscant, via 8 different routes.

OOC: AWWWWW! I wanted to fight a battle for once, and the one time when I can, the enemy skips town.

Didn't I kinda disable your Emperor's Fist though, or at least slow it down?

IC: The Admiral breathed a sigh of releaf at seeing the enemy fleeing. Within moments though, his relief was turned to terror at the prospect of those ships possibly going to a Republic world and devestating it while the offensive fleets were away. He ordered the Wraiths to trace the Imperials and follow them back to wherever they were going.

Admiral Brey'lya then stood up and walked to the back of the bridge, which was currently stuck to the bottom of a fleet tender. He walked next to the group of Jedi, and touched Skywalker's shoulder.

"Master Jedi, it is over. You can stop now."

At once, the Jedi's intense looks of concentration lifted and their eyes opened. Outside, four thousand of the ships vanished as if they had not been there at all.

"How did we do?"

"Magnificently. The planet is now safe, and the Imperials are retreating. You have done extremely well today. I must alert the Supreme Chancellor, and issue a warning about the fleet though."

He returned to the front of the bridge and asked the comm officer about casualties. The commander replied, "The only capitol ship taken out of commission was the flagship. We also have suffered fiftey-seven lost bubblefighters and seventy-two clawcraft. All the rest have returned to their ships or are being retrieved as we speak. We can't say for certain what the Imperial losses were, but we are optomistic in the fact that the ion bombs have an incredible over-kill effect, and our fighter pilots did not do half bad for being fresh meat. It is ashame that we never had the opportunity to get closer and really test out these new tin cans that command has been sending us."

"Some other time, commander. We will get our chance some other time."

 

Somewhere in the Corellian system
Project Anchorhead Station

A beeping from his communicator made Esterrel pause in explaining how the Anchorhead Device would work. It wasn't often you could keep the attention of a Rogue Squadron captain, but he'd succeeded so far.

The Admiral pulled the communicator from his belt and flipped the switch. He wasn't worried about a trace; the communicators had the same encrypts as the plans for the Anchorhead Device itself. "Kandhara."
"Memnon here, Admiral. We're receiving flash traffic from Yag'dul. The Rebel fleet's in full retreat."
"Casualties?"
"Light, so they say. We might get a couple of hospital ships back through here, but they seem to have pulled it off."
Esterrel breathed a sigh of relief. "All right. Any vectors on the Rebel fleet?"
"Too early to tell. Early telemetry's suggesting multiple hyperspace routes."
"All right. Order the Wraiths to power up the Gravity Well Early Warning System, just to be safe. No whipped Imperial's coming into this system on my watch."
"Aye, sir. Any other orders?"
"Set the Fifth Fleet to standby for orders. Fighters to carrier stations, Capital-class ready to receive jump coordinates. I want us ready to ride if we get the call."
"Understood."
The speaker beeped off.

Esterrel turned back to Dalronthorn. "Captain, we're heading back to Ticonderoga. Bring Rogue Squadron in from sentry positions. I'll be addressing them en masse about the Anchorhead Project. You got a preview."
"Understood."

You are, whether you want to believe it or not, being very much a hypocrit. You, in my own opinion, are a selective listener(reader), and only hear(read) what you want to. I do not feel the need to explain my actions to neither you or anyone else on this board if there is nothing actually wrong with it. The only one I need to report to is Amidala14 herself; because she, and she alone, sets the rules for this board. Not you! Now I will continue to play as I intended to when I first applied to this Role-Playing Game. Now, if you have anymore compaints with what I do, just keep them to yourself, becasue they will be ignored and no heed will be paid to them whatsoever.

And that is all that I need to say about the matter. I have not questioned you about what you do not once(with the exception that you jump all over me); but you tend to question all that I do!? You need to simply mind your own dam* business and get over yourself and leave me and my fellow NR posters alone. ENOUGH SAID!

 

Kaylen smirked. "Fine, then, let's make sure you don't have to hear the 'whining'." He brought his lightsaber up, but rather than strike with it, he launched an attack through the Force, attempting to knock Shadoloo out.

 

PS: The simple fact that I have extra fleets on most, if not all, of the NR planets should be all that you need to know. All you will ever know from me is that I am able to access them as they are needed. PERIOD.

Not to mention that you never gave us any knowledge on ever single ship in every single fleet on every single planet that the Empire controls yourself.(That includes name the planets, ships, crew, and maintanance.)

 

OOC: You launched WHAT kind of attack at me? You did what through the force? I have no idea how to respond, I just don't understand.

Yag'Duhl

The Republic completed its sweep of the planet, weeding out possible cells of Imperials. They then sent new work crews to the sheild generators and planetary defense systems, and began work on the space dock and the shipyards. Once the system was locked down and gravity wells put into place, both the Rimma Trade Rought and the Corellian Trade Spine were effectively severed at one end. Republic forces flooded into the area, securing nearby planets and working towards Tynna. ((Imps, are there any other items in the Inner Rim which we should be concerned about?))

The one thousand ships which were the original strike force for Yag'duhl turned away from the Empire and jumped to Fondor to free the oppressed people there. The reinforcements remained at Yag'Duhl for the time to discourage any sort of counterattack. The Admiral sent word to the Supreme Chancellor that they had succeded at Yag'Duhl, and that further supplies would be needed.

OOC: Saintheart, what was I tagged about? And Thok or AD, a fleet has just appeared at Fondor, if you care to defend it.

 

Senator, It is you who must get over theirself. I make a point in showing our GM of what you are doing and if she decides to change it or not it is her call.

Okay, 6-6-6, I'm feinting that I'm about to cut your head off, then attempting to knock you out while you're still woozy. It's much the same as when Obi-wan controlled the stormtroopers in Ep. IV, just I'm trying to make you go to sleep, not say something. I hope that clears it up.

OOC: 6-6-6, apologies, I'd assumed the High Admiral was going to call for mobilisation. I'll make the assumption that message has been sent, given it seems to have been several hours in gametime since Yag'Dhul fell. The following also takes place taking that time lapse into account.

Somewhere in hyperspace

Esterrel reviewed the position as the timers counted down. He'd called half the Fifth Fleet back from sentry stations, and brought Rogue Squadron aboard the carriers, as well as the usual fighter complement each ship carried. The other half of the Fifth Fleet still held Corellia.

They had jumped to hyperspace, making for the Fondor system, as requested by the High Admiral.
At last a chance for some action, thought Esterrel as the timers continued their downward count.

 

Kaylen smirked. "Oh, Mereth, huh? Well, you did pretty good, actually, considering it feels like your at just a Padawan's level of power. Help me carry this guy. We'll interogate him later." However, Shadoloo turned out to be heavier than both tiny Sith could carry.

Kaylen noticed something. "Hey, where's Moshu?"

OOC: I haven't been here since page 25 because I'm so busy and all. It has come to my attention that the Imps and NR are fighting again. I'll get back to this spat ASAP.

IC:

Feylis turned around. "Come on, Kaylen, let's return to the compound. Master Brins has already started back."

She continued to walk up the stony path.

 

Mereth scowled. Who did that "Feylis" woman think she was, anyway? Ordering Kaylen around like that? She liked Kaylen. She grabbed Kaylen's arm.

"Come on Kaylen!! Come with me!"

 

Shadoloo slept snugly on the warm sand. A speck of drool rolled down his chin from his open mouth, from which a great deal of snoring came. The Jedi was completely oblivious to what was happening around him.

 

Feylis turned around and smiled bemusedly at Mereth.

"You dimwit. We're all going together. And if you're so attached to Kaylen, you both can drag that Jedi."

She smiled.

"Lovely first date, no?"

 

As the duo did as Feylis instructed, Kaylen attempted small talk, which was not his strong suit. "So, uh, why are you here?" he said to Mereth. It ended up sounding more suspicious than friendly.

 

Fondor System
0300 GalStandard

Starlines shrank to points, and they were there...

Esterrel's response was immediate. "Bridge to DockCon: launch all fighters. Rogue Squadron to command positions. Holding stations until we've got better intelligence. Launch deep probes. Charge all weapons, shields up. Defensive configuration four. TacComm, send Orange Alert, all craft, then send to High Admiral Breil'lya that we're here for the party."

He watched on the holographic display as the fleet uncoiled like a cobra rearing to strike...

TAG Any Imps in the Fondor system, 6-6-6 (your last post indicates you've sent the Yag'Dhul force out here). I'll assume system surrender, as with 6-6-6, if no response within, say, 36 hours. Fleet configuration is as follows:
