I'm not too worried about it...I'm off tomorrow, monday, and tuesday, so it won't really affect me that much, hehehe

 

The benefits of springing forward are kewl, but the losing the hour of sleep thing...is not.

 

Nope. No benefit. I felt like I was waking up at 7am, when really it was now 8am and so I had to make myself get up. They stole an hour from us!

I took your nap for ya Hon This is really screwing me up I lost an hour, I need an extra 5 hours in the day as it is. How can they do this to me, why can't we be like AZ? They don't do Daylight Savings time

 

Yeah, this whole time thing really screwed us up. I hardly remember saturday night because once again, the vodka monster and I were dueling it out all night. Well, my girlfriend and I went to get a hotel room and the guy at the counter goes "oh yeah, you realize the daylight savings time right?" and my girlfriend goes "ugh! don't say what time it is.. I do NOT want to know." So after we were in the room for a while, she goes "my daughter wakes up in one hour" and my buddy Jim ended up stopping by after work but it was like 4am in NEW time. We were all messed up. Fun times! But DAMN THE STEALING OF THE HOUR!!! There was only 23 hours in the day today? Sucks. Oh well.

 

Did I mention how much I hate this loosing hour thing? I got up at 8am the new time yesterday to try to prepare, but I still wasn't ready to get up at what felt like 5am this morning. Feh. I'll just be an hour later into work than normal.

 

I like gaining an hour instead of losing an hour! I wish I had Monday off! Oh well.

I'll tell ya what I think about the whole mess...I think I'm going to spring forward into my loverly bed, and take a friggin nap!

 

I prefer the summer hours.

 

I woke up with my alarm this morning, and thought to myself. "screw this, i'm gonna be late. I don't care"
and i snuggled into my 3" of bed and fell back asleep.

 

At least it will stay lighter longer! Now I don't have to worry about walking to class in the dark at 6:00.

 

they stole an hour from me that i could have been working on this speech i have due!
