haha, none right now. Besides, I probably wont be able to camp out for much time because this thing is right smack dab in the middle of my junior year, finals are everything, everything is everything this year. So sad.
I'm gunna try for 1 day though, hopefully no finals will just HAPPEN to be THAT DAY, lol. Santiam 11 is my theater, yeah.
Last year I was 2nd in line, it made me so mad! Because I WAS there first, then 1 hour later these guys come, so the theater people decided to move the line and well they mad dashed it to the "new" beginning of the line. GRRRRRRRR!!!!

 

Since my bro works at the Lancaster 4, I'm going to see if his boss can let us see it when they preview it the night before, hopefully they will, but if they don't I guess I better practice my Solid Snake tactics.

Luckily for me, I won't have finals during the few weeks around that time. But I probably won't camp out. The closest theater to my house is the least popular in the area I live in. I saw many movies on the first day there, and I plan on seeing ROTS there. THere's a new, bigger, better theater a few streets down that just opened, so everyone will probably be there. I saw AOTC at a popular theater on the 1st day, and only stood in line for about 30 minutes, so it probably won't be too bad.

Star Wars Episode III: Revenge of the Sith

I'll be camped at Evergreen for about 24 hours with Erik, just like last time. We were first in line last time, this time, who knows, but we'll be close anyway. I don't have to be first to be happy, I just gotta be in one of the best seats

I love Evergreen for sentimental reasons. I have known a lot of the employees there over the years, I've seen probably at least 500 movies there in my life, many while I was a critic for my site actively, and I saw TPM and AOTC about 25-30 times there at least (of the 50 and 54 times I saw each, respectively).

The good news for me is that I'm off college on March 16 and then I'm free to do whatever for a long, long time (about 18 months). So I'm headed to Indianapolis from that Wed. before the Celebration to the Monday after. When the movie comes out, I have absolutely NOTHING that I have to be doing. I can line up whenever I want, I can see the movie a million times at any time, day or night, and just revel in the glory that is Star Wars

 

Evergreen? If you're talking about Evergreen in Tanisbourne, I got into AOTC on the first day and only waited about twenty minutes to get in.

 

Yes, Evergreen on 185th... I'm not sure what your point is though? I have no interest in going to just any opening-day showing. If you don't go to the midnight showing, haha, what kind of fan are you?

To get into the midnight showing, you can't show up 20 minutes early. If you already had a ticket, sure, but your seat would suck if you ever got one at all (who knows, if they oversold it, 20 mins before might not get you anything, lol).

I'll probably be going 2-3 times opening day overall, one at midnight and no doubt another time at least in the afternoon or early evening, but probably 3 times opening day.

I'll try to break my all-time record of 54 showings of AOTC. It'll be tough but it's not like I don't have the time, and it is the last Star Wars film, so we'll see.
