Like GB said, you liven the place up. I completely understand your situation and how you feel, so no worries about using our forum.

 

It's not that I am the forum police. That is not my intention at all. However I did post the question on if the post served a purpose or was just spam. I was told spam.

The reason it was locked was for the functionality of the boards. As more and more threads are created the database continues to grow. It can get clogged and messy in "non-technical" terms. It better for the board if these things are taken care of.

Also remember there are several other threads here in Ventura that provided the purpose as that thread was going to serve.

Also Larena, you should definitely stick around, you are well liked by all!

Eh. Blaming it on the database doesn't work for me, I deal with databases every day. If it's properly set up and optimized, "the database" does not make it necessary to close/delete threads. But whatever, I know that's pretty much the 'official party line' around here, so there's very little SRB Jedi can do about it.
