    Why wasnt it built in the Maw again? The Rebels never wouldn't have gotten to it and it woulda been completed and destroyed the Rebels. Its sorta logical here...

    A: Because "the Maw" didn't exist until many years after ROTJ was made.

    B: Because Palpatine was luring the Rebels into a trap using the DSII as bait.
