    okay, how about....
    A Fro-Yo place?? We can just take over the tables and talk really loud. Most people don't hang out there for long so it's not as disruptive as screaming in a restaurant. The Yogurtland near my house has lots of seating and tables that can be dragged around. But what about a location that is more local? Any takers??
