Abq December Meeting/Holiday Dinner

There will be no meeting in December . Instead we will be having a Holiday Dinner this month.

Time:5pm to whenever
Dinner: $8.00 per person; this includes Spagetti with Marinara or Meat Sauce (your choice), dinner salad and drink. All alcholic beverages are extra. (if you have children I would suggest splitting the meal if you want. The portions are a pretty good size.)
Things Going On: Toys for Tots Collection-toys must be unwrapped new & in original packaging.
White Elephant Present: Under $10.00 or an item from home. (think Star Wars, if you want)
None of this is required, only if you want to participate.

 

Dinner will be held at Mimmo's on Coors and Seqoyah.

Time & Cost will come later. It will be a per person cost.

Also, when are you going to need a headcount Varza? We are trying to make sure we (my family) are all here so we can all go.

Okay spoke with SLA, we are going to move the dinner back to the 14th for the main reason that the 21st is close to christmas.

I will need to have a final headcount by the 10th.

There will be a set menu for this event. Prices and menu will be posted later in the week. We will get the best price possible per person.

okay everyone I updated the first post with the new information.

On extra thing, we will be collecting toys for Toys for Tots that evening. While we wanted to do something at a store its not looking like it will happen. But I think maybe we can collect that evening and then drop off the toys at the drop off point at another time.

Tear I would love to go but as you all know where i am its sorta hard.

 

Since we are discussing the Toys for Tots deal...we should not forget about another organization that is out there to help one in need! The organization I am speaking of is not really known about...but will be soon! So....lets all bring in a Star Wars toy each for the charity...."Star Wars Toys for Jess". I know he will appreciate all you bring! A want list is available upon request...
