Very cool. Would love it if they included footage from the Celebration Day on it, but I doubt it.

Yes, its a shame that there has been so little about it, considering how much media attention it got

Actually there was a fair bit of footage.

I set up sky plus and caught at least 7 seperate programmes featuring it during the day.

I'm not sure exactly how they'll set DVDs out.
They spent all this time working on the OT DVDs, so it seems odd that they'd suddenly drop that by making a 6 film box set.

The likelyhood is they'll make a PT DVD box set to go with the OT box set

    Hi,

I heard or saw somewhere that George Lucas said he will be releasing the 6 film box set in High Definition once the format has been decided. I will see if I can find out where he said it, but it was in an interview.

    Pete.

Hi - it was in Time Out - there is a link to it on the TFN home page. I htink its a 2006/2007 release date for the HD boxset - but a PT boxset would be good enough for the mean time :p

it will most probably be released seperately as well as in the big star wars box set with all 6 films in

I hope when they release it they use the Return of the Jedi from the most recent trilogy box set because the most minor detail at the end being hayden christensen standing there as the true anakin skywalker as opposed to that random old bloke in the original who in my view bares a resemblance to the pilot of the queen's cruiser in the Phantom Menace.
Not to mention the fact that apart from that brief section at the end of the Phantom Menace, Anakin Skywalker never wore cream coloured jedi robes, he wore black in both Attack of the Clones and Revenge of the Sith.

Im going to see Revenge of the Sith at least once or twice more before it departs from our cinema screens and then i will have to wait until the DVD is released

Yoda needs to be digitalised for the TPM saga release. He just looks so crap.
