That is a really weird statement. It's almost like Carson is being purposely inflammatory. Why on earth would you phrase it like that. A "body with bullet holes" is just such an odd phrase to put in there.

 

This is the same guy who said Obamacare was the worst thing to happen to this country since slavery.
