Well that's something I have at least something usefull to add to.
Wait till the horse talk starts again... ;)

And we chear with Borussia!! (Of course not in colours :p)
I didn't want to write the short form because it could have get confusing with a Borussia Dortmund fan around ;)

BTW they are also called "Die Fohlen" which is "the foals". See, I'm trying to add something to the horse talk :D :p

//EDIT: marte, I think a team doesn't have to be a winning team to be worth supporting!!! :D

*aufwach* Horses? Have I heard anything about horses? :p

But I have to add a bit, Matt, I think I'll do some pictures about my new 'Reitbeteiligung' on Saturday. Then I can show you the horse. :)

Fraid so Flo, because I'm about to SHOUT the fact that England made it to the World Cup finals at the weekend (thanks to The Netherlands, which may not go down too well here....sorry :p ). But hey, see you in 2006!!!! :D :D :D ;)

Jule, I've been trying to find out why they are also called ' the foals', but I've had no luck yet ;)
I also think it's quite cool that the last time they won the championship was in 1977. Although that's probably too long ago for your liking, but has a nice ring to it ;)

Sabine, pictures of your Reitbeteiligung would be great. For some reason the ones you sent via e-mail don't seem to work for me :(

Can you ride horses? And is there no possibility to ride in France? Or to get a "Reitbeteiligung"?

its rather a question of money than possibility. There is only one club within town, I don't have a car, and thus no choice. but gosh, when I "hear" you guys "talking" about it... *sigh!*
I need a rich husband who's on business trips all the time so I can spend his money on my hobbies!
Or at least win in the lottery, chances are about equal...

Maybe you should look for a Reitbeteiligung. There are some for which don't have to pay much and maybe you can find another way giving something back instead of money. At least I have found one for which I don't have to pay these horrible 50 to 100? per months for riding once a week. But you should be patient. It took me some time to find one.

Still recovering from a cold, but it is getting better now. ;)
Just a dry cough left over.

Was that pumpkin not a bit wet inside?

It's the same as for Flo. Recovering from a cold. ;)

Btw I just found a nice link posted by Morrison: http://www.bbc.co.uk/languages/german/index.shtml

What do you think about this for learning German? :)

Yes, my head was quite slimy when I took it off. I walked around
campus with it on my head and went to a dance too. :D

I think the site would be helpful to start learning German.
I looked at it a while and learned lots of new vocab.

Thanks for the link Sabine, I think Das ist ja krass ;)
I think the best way to learn is with a tutor and actual German speakers, but for a quick fix I think that site may prove useful.

Halloween.....well not usually my favourite time of year but this Halloween is also the release date for the RotS DVD, so I will be celebrating in some small way :D

Pete, how hard is it to carve a Pumpkin?? I cooked some baby pumpkins a few weeks ago and they were really tough to cut into slices, so I'd hate to think what a full sized pumpkin would be like. Tastes nice though ;)
    I recommend roasting the seeds.
