ya really, krum/hermione is much more age weird than harry/ginny
18 and 14 . . . 15 and 14 . . . yeah, I think the H/G is better
i think it will be cho for a while and then something happens to cho. And then ginny at the end. Ron and Hermione are obvious. Was anybody else surprised at who died I thought it was going to be somone important I mean he was a good guy and all but I didn't really care too much when he died. (trying to keep spoilers out.
I agree with DM16 BTW how did a good thread like this sink to page 5
Yeah I think Cho and Harry is a cute idea. The only problem with her is that she seems almost too nice.
Harry and Ginny sounds really really cute.
Well it's hard to know how nice Cho really is, I mean we've only heard her speak a half dozen times or so.
I'm pulling for Cho for a while. Harry needs to think outside of Gryffindor for a bit, build up his other character aspects by bringing in the strengths of the other houses, before turning back to Gryffindor where he naturally belongs.
Side note, I have been searching all over LA for those Bertie Bott's Beans and no one has them. Anyone know what chains are actually carrying the Every Flavor Beans?
Borders bookstores usually have them.
I read a thing somewhere...that when JKR was interviwed about Harry Potter's adventures after school...
She replied 'What makes you think Harry is going to survive after book 7?'
because.. because.... damn it! Harry's gonna live or I'm going to kick some major british arse.
It would make sense though...and there's only 7 books planned..
And we've already had an unexpected death in Goblet of Fire...
Mark my words there will be more blood shed before the story of Harry Potter is finished
Well thats obvious... but what I really want to see is a slytherin who isn't a frikken punk.
Just one... please?
I just want one person who can get Sirius off the hook not to either die, get kissed by the dementors or go running off to Voldermort..
Harry need's a stable summer holiday and he's not getting it at Uncle Vernon's
Oh come on we need the dursleys.
Where else in all of literature do we get to read... "Dudley had finally achieved what he'd been threatening to do since the age of three, and become wider then he was tall."
You may have a point...
Don't worry Arun, I won't let it go to my head.
Besides Harry is safe "...as long as he is in a relations' care"
Another thing....what's with Snape?
Snape? I'd say in total he's a good guy. When push comes to spell he's with Dumbledore.
Of course in the small things he's a bad guy.
Does any one else identify with Neville?
I mean considering where we are right now, weren't we all the socially inept laughingstock?
Or was it just me?
You come across as more of a Weasley twin..but I suppose there's a little of Neville in everyone
Aren't ya a darlin ta say so?
<grin> here, try this innocent looking creame tart.
Dumbledore is always right, thus Snape has to be better than he appears.
Can anyone point me to a line where Crabbe or Goyle actually says something?
Crab, Draco and Goyle
I can't stand Snape, he's such a prick. Very childish. But I suppose he'll be very instrumental in Voldemort's collapse.
I still can't stand him.
Agreed, talk about being a jerk, holding a grudge against the kid of the guy who saved your life. I mean, jeez.
He was in Slytherin, and all that, wasn't he? And JK does have to make Harry's everyday life as excruciating as possible, doesn't she? I mean, wouldn't the story get boring if everyone loved Harry?
I kind of like Snape sometimes-- like when he has to give in to Dumbledore because he wants to get rid of Voldemort, and when he tries to save Harry.
I love the idea of Ginny and Harry! If he and Ginny get married ,then he and Ron could be family, and Harry would be able to get away from the Dursleys! Yay!
KR, I've found Bertie Bott's Every Flavor Beans at WB stores and at JC Penny, also at On Cue, a division of Sam Goody.
