Did Han ever find out who fixed the Hyperdrive in ESB?

    During all of ESB, Han was working on the hyperdrive.

    Did someone mention to him during or after ROJ that Artoo fixed the hyperdrive system?

    I wonder what Han's reaction would be?

    very interesting. but as far as Han was concerned, lando's men had fixed the hyperdrive because the falcon was fixed and ready for them to leave, and then lando invited them to the fateful dinner. it was lando who was bewildered next about the hyperdrive, han had been in carbo freeze

    Lessee... an astromech droid fixing a hyperdrive. Astounding? Heck no. Seeing the job he did in Ep I, I am actually amazed they didn't depend on him for more.

    Bib, do they mention in the OT anywhere that R2 is an astromech? or did he lose that title when he lost his rockets?
