Did the Jedi rely too much on the " Chosen One" Prophecy?

    Obi-wan and Qui-gon are the only ones who seem to have thought of it the most. The other Jedi don't seem to think of it that much. I don't think Mace was thinking about it when he was trying to kill Palpatine himself.
