the droid army will increase and fight for 10 years while bail and mon mothma get lots of other people and fighters to help continue the rebellion. there wont be x-wings, cause they are to first appear in episode 4, but there will be y-wings revealing why there were less y-wings and more x-wings in the trilogy.

I think there should be a new battle droid made by the rebellion called the Mega Battle Droid with the head of the GAT vehicle from the clone wars game, and laser cannons like the destroyer droids with the same battle droid body.

we'll find out how the droid rebellion army made the star destroyers go from 1000 to 30, and how the v wing starfighters envolved in to ties.

Um...When i last checked the movie, when Anakin and Obi-Wan were fighting, droids were still moving around in the hologram table things.

Plus, he could not have deactivated it at the end of the movie...unless...

(After Vader stops yelling, Sidious and him goes on board the ship)

    Vader: Master...

Siduous: I know...(Types a code in computer and a leader of the Droid Army appears) Shut down the droid army!

I mean, I think Sidious and/or Vader might have done it while they were headed to the Star Destroyer.

don't forget before she lands you can see him standing on a balcony watching her ship come in, so he was there before she landed

The novelization explains this. All the Battle Droids were returning to their ships and going into stand down mode. So what you see on the holographic display was the Droid Army returning to their bases.

yes he had it deactivated. it was no big deal. on planet cato they had a huge satellite station that anakin turned off when he took the password from nate gunray. he used the internet.

perhaps they were orded a retreat by the last of the sepratists and I still saw some droids working on mustafar so more droids are being made for war, as the rebellion begins to be created for battle in ten years after episode 3.

here is a theory. what if anakin sent out a signal to all the droid army to come to mustafar for immediate meltdown on the lava planet. and they all jumped in :)

I said in the novelization. You know, movie adaptation by Matthew Stover. In it, Stover explains that a signal was sent out to shut down the droids, who returned to their ships and bases to shut down.

that would be a stupid thing cause they wouldn't do that, and there would be some nemodians and other alien life forms alive, remeber there were alot of war ships over courasant that fought and escaped. there will be a war where the rebellion use the droid army to keep the empire busy and to destroy what they can, cause the star destroyers in the saga were more weaker than the star destroyers in the trilogy.

that makes sense. some speculate that IG88 was a separatist droid that escaped and became a bounty hunter.

he was build after the general grievous bodyguards style.

Nope. After the Clone Wars ended, Palpatine took command of all the Confederacy orangizations. The Niemodians and the rest had to work for him now or face extermination, at the hands of Lord Vader.

that makes sense. some speculate that IG88 was a separatist droid that escaped and became a bounty hunter.

he was build after the general grievous bodyguards style.

The IG-88 droids, in the eu, were designed by those that were running the Intergalactic Banking Clan, under Palpatine's new regieme. The IG's seen Clone Wars were an earlier model. Those in TESB and "Shadows Of The Empire" were assassin droids. Same basic structure, but different programming.

Did Vader forget to deactivate the Droid Army?

I always understood he took care of that off-screen, before Padme arrived. I have joked with some folks via PM about "who do you think he specifically talked to in those conversations?", as in, who is left in charge of things for the Separatist side of the war once Grievous is killed.

He didn't order it cause just when palpatine finished he saw a ship arrive, so he went to check it out, and saw padme, and then the duel began.

the droids will be part of the rebels first army they use while they recruit people and pilots, and bulid vehicles and bases, plus the last of the sepratists would want revenge for the death of there leaders, cause there's still more droid factorys in space including mustafar, cause palpatine was concertrating on vader that time and bail would have had time to send a signal and message for the last of the sepratists to become a rebellion and fight the empire together.

It would also be great if General grevious gets rebuilt into a droid to fight the empire with the droid army while the rebelion build there troops, vehicles and bases. the battle will go on for ten years where the empire fights the rebel droid army untile the droids are destroyed.

Vader forgot to turn off the droids, as we saw them working during the duel, and palpatine was consintrationg on his apprentice.

Vader never sent the Signal, there were no cuts in the scene inbetween Vader talking to Sidious to Padme's ship landing

Of course not. Shutting down the droids was order 67. A low-fat carmel machiatto with extra whipped cream was order 68, and killing the dry cleaner who ruined Sidious' good cloak was order 69.

I beleive gl is planing on using the last of the droid army for those who will become the reb theellion to keep the empire busy and to hope to have droid army to destroy as many imperials as they can while bail and mon mothma create there real rebellion that can fight 10 years before episode 4.

vader didnt order the droids to be switched off cause there were droids working still while obi-wan and vader dueled on mustafar.

no gap? mustafar is in the outter rim, it would take a little bit of time for padme
to arrive there. anakin would have enough time to build his own droid
army in the interim. The real question is what was he doing all that time?
Not to mention how long it took for his eyes to go from yellow to normal.

I think ROTS plays with time continuity worse than any other of the films... other
than Luke's 15 minutes of jedi training with yoda in ESB.
