During the OT, we have seen Darth Vader wearing, more or less, the same life-support suit in each of the three films.

The question I have for the rest of you is, do you think it's possible that he may have had other suits, as well? For example, let's say Palpatine asked him to lead a mission that required him to go under water. It stands to reason that he might need another suit in order to do this.

The others suits would look the same, of course, but they would be made of different material, in order to withstand different environments. Thoughts?

That's not true. Vader's suit in ANH is different from the one in ESB and ROTJ. His robes go over his shoulderpiece in ANH, but go under in the other films. Also his helmet is less shiny in ANH, and the lights in life support box don't blink.

I hope in Episode III, Vader wears his ANH suit or something different than his ESB/ROTJ suit.

The suit was a part of Vader, and Vader was a part of the suit. It wouldn't have been possible to remove and replace the suit without killing him. The helmet is a different story, though. Inside his meditation chamber, he could breathe without the aid of his helmet for a few minutes at a time, while he concentrated on healing his lungs with the Force.
