That could always work, too.
If they can secure the guest that is!
I prefer the surprise element!
Nick "Shorty" Long
Very true. It'd suck for them to fall into the fan film curse where they announce something then can't meet it.
Wait, where have I heard that before...
Finally had the chance to give the latest episode a listen.
Funny stuff you guys. I also like the interview with the cast and crew of Broken Allegiance. I now want to see this film even more than when I saw trailer B.
All in all, I have to say good works you groovy Llamas you.
Mark "The Admiral" Rosenthal
"you groovy Llamas you."
You better not have stolen that line from me!
HOLY JEEZ! I HAD NO FREAKING IDEA THAT YOU HAD THAT LINE!
THAT IS MAD STYLE CRAZY!
Talk about a wicked coincidence. Sorry if it seemed like I ripped you off there. I was just in a retro feel last night.
Mark "The Admiral" Rosenthal
Dude, I AM the retro feel! You should see my guitar effects rig; nothing but Danelectro pedals!!!
You must be on narcotics or something!
I swear, I'm never going to live that down....
By the way, Daft. The actual line is "Humans - use - narcotics."
I actually showed that to the guys a few weeks back, they laughed their heads off. I need to get a DV Cam of my own just to walk around with, so i can say "Humans use Narcotics" every single time some weirdo comes into Gateway with a stupid question.
Groovy! So uh... does that make me eligable for special guest?
<sigh> take a number behind Nathan Butler, Nick Long, Michael Scott, and more people from Broken Alliegance.
(It's nice to be wanted, but to be gang-rushed?)
IS THAT A YES?! IS THAT A YES??!!!
(I'm in chat right now, if you want to join me!)
Hey dude, I'm number 3 in the line and I helped him figure out how to get people on the damn show in the first place.
Okay, so I've been gone for the weekend and I come back to all these messages, mostly from chris, on ideas. First of all, there was someone who said the first DLRG was boring. I agree. The second show's much better. Second, Chris-Yes, we'll be doing a Star Wars RPG show. I had this planned for awhile, but I wanted to get a few more episodes of DLRG under my belt before what I've dubbed the "crossover show", since my ideal show for this would be having Justin and Steve on the show with us. As for having guests I can't speak for DLR but as for the other show, I'm working on it.

I don't even make the list???
I might not buy a sweatshirt now!
Eagle, I was referring to LETTERS, as A,B,C... not mails... but nevermind
Wait. Was I the one who said it was boring? Heh, *AHEM*!
Little Fears? Little Fears? Sigh... go find something productive to do, like reading a book, building a factory, or swimming in the ocean! But that's just my view on it. Granted they no where near express the views of the JC community or your listeners.
But I really am curious. How many downloads do you have of that show?
This might sound kinda off topic and what-not but I think an idea just kinda sparked in my head. I think it'd be wicked cool if DLR went out to one of those movie theaters where people are waiting in line for Episode 2 and interview them. Or better yet, go out the night before and have a little "count down" special or something cool like that. Anywho, just food for though.
Heh, yeah, everyone, take a number! :smirk:
As for DLPG...honestly, I thought the first was the best. If I weren't broke and if I had people around who would actually play (grumble grumble), I'd SO pick up Little Fears. May still if I get the cash.
...and if I GAVE a darn about RPGS, then I would SO go out and buy it as well.
Eh, I don't care much for 'em either is the thing.
I do care for the SW:RPG for its timeline-useful materials. And, of course, "Mesa loves WotC!" (Because they send me a free copy of every new SW:RPG release. heheehhe)
Oh no... not him too!
'Hi, I'm Justin Whitlock, and I LOOOVE WOT-C!'
Just wanted to chime in and say that I JUST ordered my 'I am the 5th Llama' T-Shirt, and it should be here in 3-5 days.
And Josh 'I HAVE A RADIO SHOW!!!' Wasta doesn't even PLAN!!! to get on!
So suck this, you Han Solo wannabe!!
