Anyone here into building dioramas? I like to build with both 3.75in figures and Legos. Right now Im building an all Lego endor battle. I built a scale landing platform for the shuttle, its got the AT-AT parked and connected to the bridge where Luke is turning himself in and below and to the side Ive got the battle going. Built a small bunker that Ive got R2 trying to open, though I might build a new one, something a little bigger maybe.
The whole thing is built on "astroturf" and I need some foilage (SP?)
Any ideas on what I could use for ferns and redwoods that would look good in an all Lego scene?
    Thanks

Use the small trees at the hobby store for model railroads. They will look really good for that.

I thought about that, also thought about going in my back yard and collecting some, but I want something that will look "in-tune" with the whole "Lego" world. SOmeone suggested lincoln logs, not sure how thay look though.
    Thanks

Bert, when I was a kid, there were Castle legos. With this assortment, they had "robin hood" style legos, and one of my favorites was a treehouse fortress. I dont have it anymore, but they had all kinds of lego foliage.

    Just a thought -Onward

I never did get around to putting trees around, I kinda like it the way it is so I can see all the figures, and its easier to reach in and stand them up too. The landing platform with bridge and the bunker are my own design. I just bought a bunch of plain brick buckets and got to work, once I got something I was happy with, I painted it. The tower alone was like 2 1/2 buckets and about 20 attemts to get it to scale with the walker. I also got several "surrender" sets and put them together to create the docks and bridge.
So, what do you all think?
