Disabled folks going to CIII!

If you booked through the online system after getting your badge, I suggest you now call your hotel directly and make sure it's whatever sort of accessible you need. On a funny feeling I checked with the Hyatt and found that my room was NOT reserved with them as wheelchair accessible, even though I requested it from housing and the housing dept's email confirmation told me that it was to be so. They were able to fix it for me, but the odds of them being able to do so are greater NOW than if you wait to find out until you get there.
