Lit A/V The Force Awakens and the EU [TAGGED spoilers.]

It's pretty much everyone who was involved with the original Heroes, except the people whose careers didn't die in 2009 and so don't actually need the work.

 

They're doing more Heroes? Ooooh... cool, I think, maybe, or hope, if they can get the plot back to something logical again.

 

Some of these have emerged online before, but here are more concept illustrations of three main characters' outfits. These are from the recent issue of France's Vanity Fair magazine. They are not really spoilers, because the characters are wearing more or less these outfits in the trailer. Maybe Finn's is somewhat, although his image has definitely been posted in this thread earlier (prior to the newest trailer, IIRC... and thus making it legit.... hmmm....)

Woh, woh, woh, wait a second, Han Solo has more than one pair of pants?! That's it. I'm out. Star Wars In Name Only.

 

So I guess the only "true" Star Wars film for you is Star Wars (ANH) ? I am pretty sure Han had different pants in ETS and ROTJ.

 

Wait I know that jacket. Shia LaBeouf touched that jacket. Shia cooties!

 

I think Bond also picked up that jacket.



Or perhaps a distant cousin of that jacket.

 

30 years of Solo fashion = new pants and new jacket. Good for him! Maybe Lando stole his vest for good this time.

 

Lando will have the jacket in Episode VIII.

 

The pants are still with Lando, obviously.

I'm fully expecting Lando to be wearing Han's clothes at Solo's funeral.

 

He just needs a cape. Lando without his cape is like Vader without his helmet, or Spock without his pointy ears. It just looks "off" somehow.

 

Hmm, like Anakin out of the Vader suit, too.

 

So the Castell, the Gossam homeworld, is in the new Lando comics. Could be coincidence. Could be an opportunity for cameos. You who are keeping up-to-date with the latest Marvel issues, keep your eyes pealed for pirates.

But obviously it would make perfect sense since obviously Andy Serkis is obviously playing Supreme Leader San Hill. Obviously.

 

Predictable choice of story, but I like the fact Kasdan is doing it.

 

Seems wrong to have someone other than Ford.

 

I just hope Lando is in the movie as well, since they are friends in all. Hopefully it shows Han as an imperial recruit who deserted the Empire and saved Chewie. As of now, I can't think of anyone who would be a great young Han or even Lando.
