Freshly in from the OCSWS.

"Chewie and at least one Stormtrooper will be wandering around Tomorrowland as atmosphere characters. It's been kept rather hush hush, and there's no real start date for them that I know of... but I wouldn't be surprised to see them walking around June 25th. I think not only the Star Trader has been using the event to get things going. So, only two characters for now... but it's a start! Perhaps soon we shall see Lord Vader getting on the Teacups with two stormtroopers or Boba Fett collecting a bounty from 'Push'. "

 

I hope it's not as ugly as the LFL Chewie...

was curious to know if there was going to a dinner that night anywhere? lunch is at pizza port at 12 and then to the picture correct? also is there anything planned before and or after the picture at 2pm? would love to know. I've emailed through the site several times at both links with no reply for over a month which is why I didn't order my shirt until yesterday. DOH!!! oh well live and learn.

I think jedifan77 is meeting some of the LAFF in the morning as I wont be there first thing as I'm going to watch the England v Ecuador world cup game before leaving. I'm sure you'd be more then welcome to join them if your getting there early.

Jedifan77, do you have my cell? PM me, i'll send it so we can all get together at some point during the day.

 

the fanforces are getting together for lunch.
all the star wars fans are meeting for a picture.

Your friends, and your fanforce can plan whetever they wish. If IEFF wants to meet for dinner and a fanforce picture, now would be a good time to plan it.

The Lucasfilm Chewbacca outfit. It's just.. gah. The face doesn't look right. Grant from SD is the LFL Chewie (but his own Chewie outfit looks better than the LFL one). That poor costume is so old; the zipper's falling to bits (I only know cuz I've dressed him ).

Damn, it was sooo humid.

Was alot of fun, shame I mised out on Pirates, guess I'll have to go again!

Didn't see any sign of Chewie or Stormtrooper.

GOOD MORNING!!! What a GREAT time I had yesterday! Don't know that I've ever had so much fun at Disneyland before. Glad I got to meet you Han-Shot-First and your wife. Sorry you missed Pirates, AboutaSith! Not to rub it in (okay, maybe just a bit), but some of us ended up going on it a second time. Just happened to be in the area when they opened it up again. Took us a whole 17 minutes in line.

Meet some terrific people from LAFF! Thanks for making my day so great and for the late night laughs!!!!! I'm really looking forward to seeing you all again at Comic-Con.

Yeah morning? I was up at 6am. JediFan I'll try and think of some more "funny" stories to tell for Comic Con.

 

Considering I didn't even get home until about 1:30 and to bed until around 2:00 (and I'm NOT a night person!) it's morning for me. It took awhile for me to find the right freeway. I had to "block" around Disneyland a few times before I even found the way to the 57 freeway. The drive home was very difficult! Had a really hard time staying awake.

Don't worry. I won't sleep my summer away. You'll start seeing early morning posts from me again in a few days.
