hello to all! great time with everyone yesterday. we wish we could've met more peeps from our group and area though. jedifan77 and aboutasith whom we did get to meet were very cool indeed. looking forward to seeing more of you when we have our next get together. here's what the festivities looked like from yesterday. me and the wifey and some of the crowd. if you ask nice, i'll post some movie props pics I took there from the new pirates movie.

I'm sorry, I should have said. "I'm so glad you made it home safely JediFan with such the long drive you had". That would have sounded better.

Good crowd pictures. Make sure to pass that info onto CrazyBirdMan. I actually saw myself in one, side of my head wearing the yellow and navy SW baseball cap.

when you post a reply there is a button...up top and you just enter the url...

 

When your i reply mode click on image and past the url into the box and that should do it.

 

Hey JN, what are you doing over here at IEFF?? It's not a bad place to hang out. I only wish there were more of us here!! Glad that you and SR popped over to say hello. I'm going through my pictures of yesterday. Got some really great ones of the castle and fireworks!!

HSF, I'm really sorry we missed you for the fireworks! Still it was great to meet you and your wife. We all need to do more events!!!

We are indeed! Following the meeting on the 6th July after the Superman viewing, we have a few people hanging around for the midnight viewing of Pirates at the Edwards in Ontario, link to the ticket site is in the Meeting thread fo the 6th.

It didn't work, HSF. All I see is lines of HRL and no picture. That's what happened to me when I tried to do it. Thanks for trying, though!

Besides the great fireworks, what else did you see from your spot Sunday night? They had a few things projected onto the castle that were really cool! Thanks for saving us seats, even though we didn't make it over there. What time did you get home that night/morning?

 

to jedifan...when you're in photobucket looking at your album, you'll see three lines under each of your pictures there. highlight where it says URL which is your top line and press shift and the C button to copy. when you go to post here, click on the button that says "image". there will be a small window that pops open and in the box press your shift button and the letter V button. this will put your link to the pic there. press ok and it'll appear here as a link but when you post your message, it'll show as the pics. I put them up for you. if you get lost call me and i'll walk you through the process. nice pics of comic con by the way...HSF

You guys are my heros!! For some reason, I always have problems with pictures.

 

we saw the fireworks by small world as they project vintage disney footage and cartoon movies across the front of the building. I was there to record it. i'm making a compilation DVD of the 50th celebration. very cool spot indeed. fireworks are right above you.


we got home at 12. we left after the show. i'm jealous you got to go back on pirates. I got a special one of a kind menu from blue bayou. i'm going to be selling it on ebay...got 2 of them. one to keep one to sell. i'll put up a pic soon.

the wife and I ate at blue bayou for lunch and we both got this menu as a souvenier. the pic here is front and back. it's lamenated and it's about 9x13 in size. it's a one of a kind for two...ha ha!


ATTENTION ALL!!! going to see superman at 8:10pm tonight at AMC in theater 17...big screen. jedifan77 is also attending.
