Do any songs remind you of the EU?

Auron's Theme from Final Fantasy 9 reminds me of Han during the AoC dualogy.

 

I've played those games, but I don't listen to the music. Is it better than any rock? that's what I listen to while playing games.

I think it depends on the song. Some modern rock I like, most of it is crap IMO. Same with classic rock, though it's mostly good. and as for rap and R&B, well, the only one I listen to is Busta Rhymes. Mainly cause my roomate listens to him, but also because it isn't so bad.

And as for the FF music, well I got hooked to it over the summer while at home. I blame my brother, he's the FF freak.

Now I download all the music off of Kazaa.

 

Also say WHY you don't like Kyp! Please!!!!

I don't like Kyp because he's an egotistical brat (at age 37, he's a brat!) who thinks he owns the damn galaxy.

I will admit since the fall of Coruscant, he has gotten better.

But let's not get him together with Jaina, eh? It's legal, but it's still sick.

He was out destroying star systems when she was two, y'know.

Oyah, I was reading the part of SbS when the Jeedai "captives" take over the YV ship. I was listening to ReLoad at the time, and there's the part at the end of the chorus where James says "let's dance."

Right at that point, I was reading where Anakin chopped off a Yuzzie's head. So appropriate...

I suppose for Jaina, Post SbS, "Plowed" by Sponge. It certainly fits the galatic situation right now.

 

I really like the song Rods and Cones by Blue Man Group for the bit in Onslaught where Luke takes out the Vong with two sabers.

One of my favorite songs from Final fantasy 10 is called Otherworld. For those of you Who've played, this is the song at the beginning Blitzball game, and also when you fight Jeckt as the Final Aeon.

For those of you who haven't, look it up on Kazaa.

I think this song fits what Ganner went through at the end of Traitor, with a very heavy metal feel.

The line "You look really pretty, but your heart is cold as ice" in "Shake, Rattle and Roll" reminds me of Isard, naturally.

"She's like the Wind" from the "Dirty Dancing" Soundtrack reminds me of Luke getting his heart broken by Callista.

 

I Stand Alone, by Godsmack reminds me of Kyp, basically at any point since he's debuted.


Walk, by Pantera reminds me of Mace when he slicing dudes up in the Arena Battle.

 

Kommst du mir from the Run Lola, Run soundtrack is cool, and I think it fit an early-NJO Jaina.

 

Only really the John Wiliams stuff... Indy and Superman included! (Though not Jaws, he did that too, right?)

The Lyrics, (one word in particular!) are kind of hard to ignore. It's not something that's too easy to take seriously, but it sounds like a non-force user talking to his/her force using lover. (ie. Padme to Anakin, Jag to Jaina)
