    Do they team up after the end of Clone wars. I've heard they have, but am not for sure. also, post theroies on what happened afterwards.

    They've teamed up before Muunilinst and taken on Obi-Wan and Anakin. Read the Clone Wars Trade Paperback '2 - that features Asajj and Druge.

    They were only teamed up for a short amount of time before the Clone Wars series, as seen in the Battle of Naboo TPB.
