Do the Defender Class Star Destroyers in WotC's new starship guide have gravity well generators?

Just what the title says.

I think the Mon Mothma and Elegos A'kla are brand-new classes, since they were unfamiliar star destroyer designs. Plus, it's made in Kuat. REC's use Fondor shipyards, so it cant be Nebula-(Defender-)class.

Does starship guide say that Defender Class SDs are only built at Fondor?

 

Does being built at two different ship yards really mean they have to be a different class. Arliegh Burke class destroyers are built at at least two different shipyards in the US, yet they are the same class of ship.
