    ...about the "Battle of Mergursheer(sp?)"? It's mentioned multiple times in the Clone Wars videogame, and I seem to remember some EU reference to it. Is there anymore information about it besides it was a long battle?

    We pondered over this in the Clone Wars Dossier thread awhile ago, I PM'd Dan Wallace for clarification, this is what he had to say:

    Good catch!

    I'm currently trying to play my way through Clone Wars, but your message prompted me to puzzle through my planetary databases, and I'd bet that the writers of the game are referring to "Mirgoshir," which is the system that contains Agamar.

    So thanks for the heads-up! All that fighting over a world that was supposedly a hayseed backwater...

    We don't have any other info about the specific clone wars battle yet though.
